KitPine is free to use for personal and commercial projects. You do not need an account.

Results are estimates

Results are calculated from the numbers you enter and from typical values that we list on each page. They are meant for planning and shopping, not as professional advice.

Before you buy materials or start work, check the product label, the manufacturer’s instructions and the building regulations where you live. Structural work, stairs, roofs and anything that needs planning permission or building control approval should be checked by a qualified professional.

No warranty

We work to keep every formula and figure correct and we fix mistakes when they are reported, but the site is provided ‘as is’, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the site or its results.

The text, design and code of KitPine belong to us. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a link back. Links to other websites are provided for reference; we do not control their content.
